Candi and Wren have over 20 years of office experience providing the services listed below.  We are designed to save you money using various bookkeeping, accounting, payroll services and/or hiring office staff by providing all of these services at one location.  We have 10 years of paralegal experience and can provide legal documents, though we cannot offer legal advice.  We also have a combined 8 years of experience as both construction and plumbing contractors.  As a contractor, we know CCB rules and regulations have readily available forms for contracts, rights to lien, invoicing and change orders as well as knowledge in insurance and worker’s compensation requirements to help you avoid noncompliance.  
By making ourselves available to you at almost any hour we can save you time and travel, thus saving you money.  Most all documents and communication will be done via online or mobile phone, giving you more freedom to focus on the job at hand.  Let us handle the small stuff that we get done in a hurry instead of struggling during your evenings and weekends to be caught up on paperwork. 
We make the process easy for you by fielding payroll and HR questions from your employees. Vendors will receive W-9’s and Certificates of Insurance via your insurance company at our request, as well as issuing 1099’s at the end of the year.  We work on a calendar year accounting cycle and cash basis.  You only need to provide a monthly business bank statement and any receipts for purchases outside of the bank account to have up-to-date monthly reports.  This assists you in tracking business profitability and/or Profit and Loss Statements for reasons such as loans, taxes, etc.  Feel free to refer both employees, vendor and clients to us for general questions thus saving you all that phone time, or just shoot us a request via email, text or phone call and consider it fulfilled. 
Clients can be easily set up in QuickBooks for a client’s database and issued contracts, CCB required notices and statements.  We can field billing questions, except card/ACH payments and provide collections services.
